Subject: A keeper
Just an all-round good show -- really tight with great set lists. Great Drums>Space as well, and the show ends on a high note with an energetic, though somewhat shortened, GDTRFB.

If you didn't check, you'd think this was a SBD. Thank you Barry and Robert!

Subject: Correction on Phil bass
In 1980 Phil played his 4 string Alembic bass or another 4 string bass that was shaped like Garcia's Tiger.

He never played 6 string electric bass until the mid 80's

Subject: Glassberg Uber Alles
This may be a top 3 recording for Maistro Glassberg. If there is an award for tapers, he`s got my vote for lifetime achievement. I can`t thank him enough for recreating a period that is infamous for flat SBDs. The MOTB clean up further improves this great recording. As to the show, Garcia attacks his solos and the band cooks behind him. Early Garcia vocal flubs notwithstanding, if you like this early Brent to Phil's 6 string Modulus period (Dec'82), this is regular rotation kind of stuff.
